Mô tả công việc
- Chịu trách nhiệm đánh giá, lập kế hoạch chăm sóc, thực hiện can thiệp điều dưỡng và đánh giá kết quả chăm sóc người bệnh
- Phối hợp với các NVYT khác để đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cao trong chăm sóc người bệnh
- Xác định nhu cầu về giáo dục sức khỏe của người bệnh và thực hiện hướng dẫn, giáo dục sức khỏe cho người bệnh/ thân nhân
- Có ý thức sử dụng một cách hiệu quả và an toàn các nguồn lực
