Step 1: Clinical Examination

Thien Nhan’s customer care team will promptly contact patients to assist with appointment scheduling. On the appointment day, the physician will conduct a clinical examination, take a detailed medical history, and prescribe the appropriate functional diagnostic tests as indicated.

Step 2: Paraclinical Examination

The physician will provide precise indications regarding the appropriate diagnostic techniques and give detailed instructions on any required preparations, if applicable. Patients are then guided to the designated clinical area to undergo the prescribed procedures—such as ultrasound, endoscopy, electrocardiography (ECG), or bone mineral density testing (DEXA). Specialized physicians or nurses operate the equipment to collect detailed images and data. This process is carried out efficiently and accurately, in strict compliance with safety protocols.

Step 3: Specialist Consultation

Once results are available, specialists provide detailed explanations, identify any abnormalities that may be present, correlate the findings with clinical symptoms, and deliver final diagnostic conclusions.
