• Fast for 8 hours before blood sampling: Do not have breakfast or consume coffee, soft drinks, or carbonated beverages. If you feel hungry or thirsty, only drink plain water.
• If you have existing medical conditions or are taking medications, you may still undergo the health check-up, but please inform the doctor and medical staff in advance.
• Prepare information about your personal and family medical history (if any).
  Women who are menstruating should not undergo gynecological examinations.
• Pregnant women should avoid X-rays, CT scans, or mammography unless absolutely necessary.
• Maintain good personal hygiene, especially for areas to be examined such as the eyes, nose, mouth, ears, and intimate areas.
• Drink plenty of water and avoid urinating before abdominal ultrasound to help the doctor clearly visualize the bladder, uterus and adnexa (for females), or the prostate and seminal vesicles (for males).
