Gần đây, Thiện Nhân Đà Nẵng ghi nhận liên tiếp các trường hợp ung thư vú ở phụ nữ trẻ tuổi, có con nhỏ khi khám sức khỏe định kỳ mặc dù trước đó không có triệu chứng lâm sàng, tiền sử gia đình không có người mắc ung thư vú.
♦ Cụ thể, chị N.T.H. (36 tuổi, Đà Nẵng) được giới thiệu đến Thiện Nhân chụp nhũ ảnh vì phát hiện khối u nghi ngờ. Qua khai thác bệnh sử, chị H. cho biết, vài năm trước đó, chị đã thăm khám và siêu âm tuyến vú khi khám sức khỏe định kỳ do cơ quan tổ chức, kết quả bình thường. Gần đây, khi tự kiểm tra vú ở nhà, chị sờ thấy có cục hơi bất thường nhưng nghĩ là tuyến sữa vì chị đang nuôi con nhỏ dưới 3 tuổi.
Đến khi thấy núm vú hơi tụt nhẹ vào trong, vì lo lắng nên chị H. đi siêu âm, phát hiện tổn thương nghi ngờ và được giới thiệu đến Thiện Nhân Đà Nẵng chụp nhũ ảnh kỹ thuật số 3D. Kết quả chụp cho thấy khối u lên đến 6cm ở vú trái, sinh thiết lõi khối u xác nhận ác tính. Ngay sau đó, chị H. được tư vấn điều trị tại bệnh viện chuyên khoa trên địa bàn.
♦ Trường hợp tiếp theo là chị T.H.V. (35 tuổi, Đà Nẵng), qua khám sức khỏe tại Thiện Nhân phát hiện có 2 khối u ở vú phải. Được biết, chị V. có con nhỏ 2 tuổi nên khi vú có cục u không rõ ràng, chị nghĩ mình bị tắc sữa. Bằng phương pháp siêu âm, bác sĩ Thiện Nhân nhận thấy hình ảnh nghi ngờ nên đã tư vấn cho chị V. chụp nhũ ảnh 3D để cung cấp thêm thông tin. Phim chụp trên nhũ ảnh ghi nhận vú phải chị V. có 2 khối u kích thước gần 2cm nghi ngờ ác tính, tiến hành sinh thiết cho kết quả cuối cùng là ung thư vú.
BS.CKI Phạm Thị Diễm Thuý, Trung tâm Vú kỹ thuật cao Thiện Nhân Đà Nẵng cho biết, đối với những phụ nữ có thai hoặc đang cho con bú, khi sờ thấy khối u thường nhầm lẫn với tình trạng tắc sữa hoặc áp xe vú, điều trị không thuyên giảm mới đến bệnh viện kiểm tra, phát hiện ung thư thì đã ở giai đoạn muộn.
♥ “Phụ nữ từ 25 trở lên nên có ý thức bảo vệ đối với bản thân bằng việc thăm khám sức khỏe định kỳ. Đặc biệt, những mẹ đang trong giai đoạn cho con bú nếu quan sát thấy có vấn đề bất thường ở vú, tình trạng kéo dài thì nên đi thăm khám chuyên sâu, kiểm tra bằng các phương tiện chẩn đoán hình ảnh như siêu âm, chụp nhũ ảnh, chụp cộng hưởng từ (MRI)… để phát hiện chính xác bệnh, từ đó có phương án điều điều trị phù hợp, mang lại hiệu quả cao” – BS Thuý khuyến cáo.
