♦ Chị H.T (45 tuổi, Đà Nẵng) phát hiện u vú trái cách đây 6 tháng, đã từng chọc hút tế bào bằng kim nhỏ và cho kết quả lành tính. Vừa qua, chị T khám sức khỏe định kỳ do cơ quan tổ chức tại Thiện Nhân Đà Nẵng, siêu âm phát hiện tổn thương ở vú trái kích thước 8x6mm, xếp loại BIRADS 4B và chụp nhũ ảnh 3D cũng cho cùng chẩn đoán BIRADS 4B. Sau đó, chị T được sinh thiết lõi dưới hướng dẫn siêu âm, kết quả là ung thư vú xâm nhiễm dạng ống nhỏ GRADE 1.
Để xác định ung thư vú đơn ổ, đa ổ hay đa trung tâm và lựa chọn phương pháp điều trị phù hợp, chị T đã được tư vấn thực hiện chụp cộng hưởng từ vú có tiêm thuốc tương phản và nhuộm hoá mô miễn dịch sau đó. Kết quả MRI vú cho thấy chị T bị ung thư vú trái đa ổ và đa trung tâm, chưa di căn hạch nách và các cơ quan khác trong cơ thể.

♦ Trường hợp tiếp theo là chị T.H.M (36 tuổi, Nghệ An), khám sức khỏe doanh nghiệp tại Thiện Nhân Đà Nẵng phát hiện có 2 tổn thương u kèm vi vôi hóa nghi ngờ ở vú phải trên siêu âm, kích thước 17x10mm và 4x2mm. Được biết, chị M không có yếu tố tiền sử gia đình và bản thân, không mang thai và cho con bú, không đau vú, không thay đổi sắc tố da, không tiết dịch núm vú bất thường.
Chị M được tư vấn chụp nhũ ảnh để chẩn đoán. Phim chụp trên nhũ ảnh thấy rõ tổn thương ở vú phải có nhiều nốt vi vôi hóa dạng hình que và vô định hình tập trung thành đám, xếp loại BIRADS 5, nghi ngờ ác tính cao. Chị M tiếp tục thực hiện chụp MRI vú, sinh thiết lõi u vú dưới hướng dẫn siêu âm. Kết quả cuối cùng là ung thư vú đa ổ, chưa di căn hạch nách và các cơ quan khác trong cơ thể.

♦ Trường hợp thứ 3 là chị L.T.N (49 tuổi, Đà Nẵng), được giới thiệu đến Thiện Nhân Đà Nẵng chụp nhũ ảnh vì phát hiện khối u ở vú phải kích thước 8x5mm khi siêu âm ở phòng khám tư. Trên nhũ ảnh phát hiện vùng xáo trộn cấu trúc nghi ngờ ở vú phải, chị N được thực hiện định vị kim dây dưới hướng dẫn nhũ ảnh và phẫu thuật bóc trọn khối tổn thương tại Thiện Nhân. Kết quả mô bệnh học là tăng sản không điển hình ống tuyến vú, chị N được BS CKII Phạm Thanh Hải, cố vấn chuyên môn Trung tâm Vú kỹ thuật cao Thiện Nhân tư vấn theo dõi tái khám lại sau 6 tháng.

Những chị em không có tiền sử gia đình đôi khi chủ quan hơn vì cứ nghĩ không sờ thấy u, không đau, không có triệu chứng… thì ít khả năng mắc ung thư vú. Vì vậy, các chị em phụ nữ cần tăng nhận thức hơn nữa về việc tầm soát ung thư vú.

– Người mang gen đột biến BRCA1, BRCA2;

I’m amazed, I must say. Rarely do I encounter a blog that’s both educative and amusing, and let me tell you, you’ve hit the nail on the head. The issue is something that not enough people are speaking intelligently about. I’m very happy that I stumbled across this during my hunt for something relating to this.

When I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on whenever a comment is added I get 4 emails with the exact same comment. Perhaps there is an easy method you can remove me from that service? Appreciate it.
